Yesterday we went to Frankenmuth, a Bavarian town in Eastern Michigan. I was there 30 years ago and still remembered the fried chicken I had at Zehnder's. I ordered it again and was not disappointed. I don't know how they do it, but they bread skinless chicken and then fry it, so it is a little bit healthier - not that I cared - have to splurge sometimes.
We walked up and down the street, browsing the quaint little shops.
We also went to Bronner's - the largest Christmas store in the world. It is the Bass Pro of Christmas stores. If you ever go to Frankenmuth, you have to come here. They have every Christmas decoration imaginable and it was great fun wandering through this huge store.
It's Thursday. Sandy went back to Dallas last night. We leave George & Trina's today and head down to Monroe to visit all the Bufford cousins down there. We are having dinner with Amber's family tomorrow night.
It was 58 degrees in the rv when we woke up this morning.....sorry Arizona!
